Land in Kabati, Thika by Thuo Investments

Hi Wazuans,
There is this land that was sold by Thuo Investments in Kabati, Thika. These guys have gone underground and cannot be traced despite them not handing over Kabati2 to the investors. Am a victim, are my alone? And how can we move forward to recover the monies paid

Land deals are sensitive especially land frauds. Consult with lawyers and also try find out what kind of people sold you land before you pursue any litigations.

I would be very careful to invest in a company called by some ones name.Ati kaigangio land sellers,kysse investments.Swenani airport builders,impunity mega projects and guka tours. Like some guy said ,a company name can tell you a lot. Advice is like snow.The softer it lands the harder is sticks.

Precisely why I only buy land sold by a well known Sacco, even if they usually add a 50K or 100K markup, depending on size and location of the piece. They have links with banks, can hire lawyers, surveyors, investigators and do other general due diligence that is a lot of hassle for a single person. It buys you peace of mind.
