Sabis are international schools with head officess in USA, UK,Germny, Egypt, Romani, Pakistan, MiddleEast offering international Carriculum same like GEMS. The Investor who approached Centum may well be in the UAE headquarter who wnt to expand his portifolio. Middle east is a fertile ground because of large number of foreigners in all industries. It is not the background NCC primary schools in Nairobi, these are self contained schools like GEMS, Brookhouse,etc .
This is a way to keep land useful and make money with increased number of foreigners and locals who may want their children study here.
