The constitution you people voted for had set a date - unless the MPigs have "panel beaten" it to suit their selfish agendas. Consult it.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Most people fail exams for not reading questions correctly. Why did you assume the question was framed incorrectly? Re-read the heading and give the topic originator correct answers - if you know them!
