30 was preety young.It gives" gone too soon" a real meaning.

Pole to his wife,children and the larger family.

As for this deaths of "after a night out" they are becoming one too many.However it is also my observation that most organ failures especially the heart occur when one is asleep in a relaxed position.

I also read the same in the people daily today.

Diabetes and "night outs" are a NO NO esp. if it involves alcohol.
