It is alleged by the Bullfighter that the Governor of Nairobi Dr. Evans Kidero is the prefect of Mumias Sugar Millers thieves.

Some questions:

Did Kidero steal from Mumias sugar?
How much money did Kidero steal from Mumias sugar?
How did Kidero steal from Mumias sugar?
When did Kidero steal from Mumias Sugar?

All the above are rhetoric questions.My question is why can't the government just let MSC die?

Yes.
Refer to the KPMG report.
Problem in Kenya is such thieves are taken nowhere but try stealing a loaf of bread or packet of milk, you wont know what hit you.

@Kusadikika,
Good questions. If i were the President,and so that the world gets to know the truth and put this matter to rest,i would appoint a commission to dig from way back in 2003.That is where the rot started.

Not when they need votes from western.

I think Mumias would be a good subject for an interesting in depth investigative documentary not just a sensational jicho pevu but like a 2 or 3 hour well researched documentary. There are many pieces to the puzzle that I would like to see explored exhaustively. These are the history of the establishment of sugar growing in Western Kenya, the economics of the industry, the changes in trade treaties, western Kenya politics around sugar, structure of the sugar industry and the laws that allow it to exist as it is including role of government and such bodies as Kenya Sugar Board, corruption. Sugar in Kenya has some very interesting stories and some mafias and cartels that would make for an interesting reading or watching.
