here is the deal... no one want's to arrest him! that is why when you read the domestic situation as being one which will not allow you to have him come over you tell him in advance... UKIKUJA TUTAKUSHIKA! if people wanted to shika him for real they would tell him... WEWE KUJA.... KWANI IKO NINI? NANI ATAKUSHIKA HUKU? WEWE KUJA! WACHA WAONGEE! then nail the mbugger! but since no one really wants to be 'THAT GUY' you warn him in advance. Do you think Zuma wanted to be 'THAT GUY'?
