Not at all I remember posting here how they fought in court(had an excellent lawyer to boot),they even requested for a parliamentary hearing or whatever those things are called went for it and couldnt hack...but the influence from above was just too much...it was the worst idea and here are the consequences.

The link you have provided was a wazua discussion held in 2013. The issue here is that the doctors resistance before promulgation of the constitution in 2010 was at best muted. Looks like their union never bothered to study the draft constitution.
