Safaricom Mall is under development and some other residential properties around there. Talking to a guy with Gimco Limited who claims to be a sales agent. Are those agents credible or a con? Anyone dealt with them before? i.am.back!!!!

Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

After the kitengela junction. It is next to Everest park flats. just before the bridge to Kenya Meat Commission. Gimco and advent valuers seem to be the sale agents. the chinese appear to be doing something around there. maybe a railway bridge. DOH

Both everest and sunset boulevard were very well done projects but 3-4 years down the line they have never sold out. This new project is in the same neighbourhood. It will be interesting to watch how it progresses.
