In western world , when a CEO leaves a company , they want to leave a good legacy. They fight hard to make sure they leave a solid company.eg Tom Cook apple , bill Gates amongst others.what puzzles me Michael Joseph ( mzungu ) of safaricom in African soil also did the same!!!! But the same African soil our own dark skinned CEOs in Kenya specifically makes sure they leave a company in total ruins where it can't be fixed ... Evans K of sukari Co , titus N of the pride of Africa , DJ CK and this Cianno guy of uchumi supermarkets ,, njoroge wa stima.My big question is , is it the skin color that dictates the legacy we leave behind where white color - leave a good legacy , dark color - chafua beyond repair ??

I agree with you but do you kknow corruption in western world is same as Kenya but here is the difference , there they do it legally through terms they call "lobbying " or "kickbacks " but as much as they get this kickbacks they make sure they leave a legacy that their great kids will be proud of .As Africans do we ever care to see how our grand children will live when we gone kama we keep destroying companies like mumias , kq, kplc which would hire them, t .... well I don't think so . I still insist skin color plays at least 25% of legacy we leave behind ...ooh I forgot to add former president of Kenya of 25 yrs to my list of African CEOs who leave a legacy of ruins

On companies, there are many other companies led by kenyans that are doing so well. eg equity bank. which brings me back to the issue of gov control and corruption which is what ails those firms u mentioned The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

There are many companies out here that are led by the white skinned people and they even wind up so i do not hink management and legacy is because of skin color.Look at guys like Martin Oduor of KCB, he left a very good Co.Such guys should be celebrated.But i thought Ciano was a hero some years ago , he revived Uchumi.Read somewhere bibi yake ndio supplier wa fruits Uchumi and the shelves are never dry
