If I am the CIV coach and I know my team do not really deserve to be at the world cup, and I am playing a team as good as Germany, I would just park the bus, apply time wasting, slow down the game etc. Just like Angola did at the 2006 WC to avoid losing by cricket scores.
It seems CIV did the exact opposite. All those goals were scored by wide open players. So many gaps at the back.
Anyway they will learn. There was a time Naija used to lose by similar scores at this tournament.
