hope some to be smart enough to build a city train .. question is wapi space

Nairobi cbd is still very big, the under ground bado double to triple layer roads bado, go to Hong Kong and you will be amazed that kazi bado

If my memory serves me right, I overheard someone say that Nairobi's water table does not permit underground construction, thats why there's no tunnel rail. Those who are conversant with this geological phenomenon will tell you that. I know for sure that the city of Nairobi and its environs is a water conservation area, the area was gazetted as a conservation area under the terms of the water ordinance act way back in 1951 by the British colonial government.

@Obi Kanobi, you dont get mud and water pools in a modern city. No potholes on pathways, grass is well patched and the roads are paved. You have walk ways for those who choose to walk/run and the right infrastructure to move from point A to B. Tall buildings are just that....Tall buildings.

I see serious traffic issue in Nairobi. Some of these companies should have moved their headquarters to business friendly towns like Nakuru, Eldoret, Kakamega...

And now Hass Group of Companies kicks off the construction of the third Hilton hotel in Nairobi.. 66 floors

I read somewhere that the occupancy of the UAP tower is 30%(well may be it has improved since the story was written). So how will these other yet to be completed towers fare?

I believe that a signature address will get the desired tenants.. The Pinnacle model incorporates residential, hotel as well as commercial space.. It's likely to get high end occupants similar to the English Point Marina
