I know for sure that the city of Nairobi and its environs is a water conservation area, the area was gazetted as a conservation area under the terms of the water ordinance act way back in 1951 by the British colonial government. @Obi Kanobi, you dont get mud and water pools in a modern city. No potholes on pathways, grass is well patched and the roads are paved. You have walk ways for those who choose to walk/run and the right infrastructure to move from point A to B. I read somewhere that the occupancy of the UAP tower is 30%(well may be it has improved since the story was written).So how will these other yet to be completed towers fare?
