This was expected. I&M Bank announced a Dividend of 26/- (old shares) thus it translates to 1.90 (new shares). What I liked is the announcement as an Interim Dividend (for 2013) so there are no delays pertaining to an EGM/AGM & CMA approvals required.

Where can I get the eps of I&M Holdings (The listed entity) for fy 2014 and q1 2015? I have tried to read their financial statements and these guys have a way of confusing investors. Please assist with the exact figures fy 2014 = ____ q1 2015= ______. Assist a wanjiku here

I&M Holdings does not release Q1 results. You will have to wait for Q2/H1.

Based on Q1 2015 of I&M (Kenya) Bank (& a similar Q2) ... I&M Holdings will have a great H1 2015.
