@much know, the 'survey' was simply setting a stage for future surveys, progressively in lead up to 2017. By 2017, only governors from one coalition will be appearing in top 10. I could do do a better job on my PC

You are really pained by the fact that Mutua is a good governor. So much that you think the WB is just selling the guy. Mutua is not perfect but measured against some of the fellows we have (is your gavana Ka-buffalo?) he is miles ahead. Great men are not always wise, neither do the aged understand judgement...

Mutua is not perfect but measured against some of the fellows we have (is your gavana Ka-buffalo?) he is miles ahead. Mutua might be/might no be the best governor in Kenya since the opinion only measured public PERCEPTION and Mutua being a spinmaster, he knows how to publicize the small things even when opening a toilet,launching ambulance services,buying garbage trucks yet other governors are doing the same things without publicity.Hence its only logical that the public will perceive Mutua to be the best performing governor because of publicity If Obiero did it, Who Am I?
