Sometimes i want to believe uhuru but the situation on the ground speak otherwise. I have just past 3 Road blocks on thika garissa Highway in s bus and all the tout needed to do is to greet the traffic officers with 50/= and off we passed with the overloaded bus. Suppose there were terrorists in the bus? I thought simple logic says that this route bears a higher risk and the' normal 'daily bribe collection targets should not apply punda amecheka
