I think leadership requires more than vision. Intelligence, from the strategic levels to the levels of artificial intelligence is crucial. For example how can a body politic thrive with sustainable effects is a question that's not so easy to answer.

Poverty my friend, not under development. And he's not the first to cry

The Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) Chairman Micah Cheserem was moved to tears by the plight of school going children in Kitui County during a familiarisation tour of the region. Mr Cheserem could not hold back tears at Lingithya Primary School in Simisi Location, Ikutha District in Kitui South Constituency where he discovered hundreds of pupils study under ramshackle structures made of sticks that often exposed them to the harsh weather.

At least he showed he cares and you can be sure given a chance he can do something about it.But my concern is with Wamasaa who represented this area for a while.Even after getting the Ministry of Health and Water dockets she never fixed the two issues in this constituency.Just thiefing for herself and the kin. Now she's crying foul ati my community is being targeted.Talk of lords of poverty.nkt

its sad, and the worst part is that people living in poverty have been made to believe that is their destiny, they have been made to believe that water, roads, schools are a privilege and when done its just a favor, and so they continue voting in leaders who do nothing in the hope that the favor will one day come their way.

I very strongly support Mutua's work in Machakos my home county, but I think he overdid the crying piece. I wish him every success though

you see leadership does not want to show people that poverty is a bad thing, when politicians cry the populace starts having second thoughts - a realization might creep in, that poverty is not a destiny but rather a creation to help some remain in power and enable their families and cronies access to crazy wealth.

so hata ka mutua tears ni pr, I like his pr stunts then. smile
