My bad. Garden City appears to have been hived off EABL's land. Interesting though that Fox Drive-in is also 32 acres and the owners are planning a mega development.

@Digitec. No, they do not. Waliuza Shamba. Owner is Majorly ACTIS and IFC Have also bought a stake.

i agree, nice piece of work, but am closely interested in how traffic will flow, i see an alarming danger given that the road to its access is dual carriage, and the bridge in roasters is dual carriage as well. Alarming Jam in Thika Super Highway!!!!!
