Hakuna kitu kama hiyo. They should have split the old shares or given bonuses before they came to the public if they felt those shares were worth more than 10/=
Unless I get more information, I am a very worried man! The fact that they have given one class of shares bonus shares without giving the other one is very scary (unless we can be furnished with comprehensive information of the reasoning and how these two classes will be treated going forward!).
What stops them from doing it again. And again. And again!!! What stops them going the Home Africa way where one class of shares gets dividends and the other one ni ma losses tu! What stops them splitting class A shares 20 times plus bonus shares and splitting class B twice or stuff like that.
If there is no clear cut information on these two classes, be scared.
Be very scared!!!Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
