UNAITAS has a similar structure. The shares bought before year 2009 have superior rights than those bought after year 2010.
BGL , when you say they have superior rights than another class what exactly do you mean , voting rights , dividends rights ama entitled to more shares during dilution .Please clarify
.............BONUS rights..............
Just the other day (FY 2013), those shares (pre-2009) qualified for bonus while (post-2010) did not.
Red Flag!!!! Sirens!!!
The minute someone introduces class A and Class B shares for the same category of shareholders (individuals in this case), be very worried!!
This is how people get shafted!!! Everyone who was there before is on class A shares (I guess) then they say, let's get some suckers (?) and we get them to buy shares (bring us more money) only that their shares will be class B! All the good things then go to class A shares.
We need COMPLETE details about the differences between these classes. This is total BS!! You are busy taking every single coin to them to double your shareholding then all over sudden someone else is given bonus shares? Based on what? Where does it stop? And you guys don't see anything wrong with this????
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
