@Waskiku, I hear they can too "create" the law. Its seems in Kenya, the law is "fast growing"!

Wambora should have gone to the supreme court rather than going huko Kerugoya kwa akina @anmathenge!

think there seem to be some shadow war between the supreme court and the court of appeal. it would also be an interstitial exercise to check on the advocates who seem to be always on the winning side.

The new CEO of council of governors. A big loss to babu. None of his CORD governors voted for his puppet Oparanya. A huge statement.
