Question 2 Uhuru,why has work not began on Outering rd?

Why has work not began on outerring road despite you mtukufu rais, Ja Milambo(Kidero), Sonko and Jaguar spending millions of tax-payers money on a flashy launching/ground breaking ceremony? there is even a plaque in your name on site saying that the project was launched on ddmmyy date.......How did Kibaki do these things? Is it time jubiree govt. went on annual leave and have baba Jimmy on locum for six months so that atleast the China man can begin works?

I love you mtukufu rais, but why is it all talk and no action in your administration. Obako was very quiet but a lot of action took place...we can even call RAO to join baba Jimmy so that he generates noise squabbling with Muthaura on who is prefect and who is not but atleast KAZI IENDELEE

@Fyatu, I am no uhuru nor his pointman and nor on his paycheck...and so will not attempt to answer on his behalf. However, works are in progress.
-Chinaman surveyors are busy on site daily
-Jogoo road to Mtindwa section was cleared.
-Mtindwa to outer ring section is cleared.
-Outering road to Juja road section is cleared.
-Komarock rd to Kamunde road section was cleared last month (Was expected to have the strongest resistance, protests, violence, but went on okay)
-Donholm to Manyanja road is holding the works (Tena market artisans went to court and stopped the construction, demanding upward of Ksh. 700Million as compensation. Nevermind they don't own anything as they never purchased any).

Me, like you, will also await the answer to your query.
Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

Splitting the commission and kickbacks is not a straight forward thing

Asante sana @Pesa nane. I'm a regular user of outering road and seemingly don't see any action going on. I am more keen on the Dornholm- Taj Mall section which over recent years has become one big mess.....I hope Ole Itumbi will read this and for once earn his money for doing real work

What is the color of your goggles?


I am no sycophant but it seems like @Fyatu has some goggles on.
I also use that section quite regularly. For a start they have cleared 90% of the potholes from Donholm to Taj. This has eased traffic flow quite significantly.
Admittedly, the construction of lanes a la Thika Road is yet to start but the road is better on that stretch.
