..and then none of the parties wanted the other to 'bag' the deal, coz if your opponent has a 10-15billion war chest he would become a big headache heading to the ballots 2017/22....

That is exactly my view and I said it on this thread a few days ago. Why should the people of eld have 2 referral hospitals when the majority of counties don't have any? Also moi teaching and referral hospital, being a parastatal, should generate own cash to fund expansion.

Exactly. We don't need to invest in the facility if it cannot sustain it's self. Every county needs a referal hospital. Now that we know there's money for a referal hospital, we need to know where it should be based. Can the data collected help us in knowing this? Am sure ELD will not be close t what can be referred to as needy. This moism must end.

Nakuru would be a better place to have such a hospital.. William Ruto is an evil man who doesnt deserve leadership. Everyone knows what happened Y2K, maize eating, hustler jet, Weston, ETRH..

Let me say this in a simple and straight forward way. MACHOZI SHOULD NEVER BECOME THE PRESIDENT OF KENYA.

As a matter of fact, he should never even become a governor!!!

He would make Moi look like a Sunday School teacher or Alter boy especially in matters corruption!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
