So WSR stopped the first deal since it was riddled with corruption. Why did he have to do it? Don't we have institutions? So we have to rely on him to stop all projects riddled with corruption otherwise we are doomed? And why he kept quite and never recommended prosecution? Pure Moi Style via Backdoor

It is baba and his nusu mkate comprising him, nyongo and Ojwang that initiated this scam and signed the deal with the chinese and they were to pocket 850m in kickbacks. Baba even pocketed some initial kickbacks in the form of campaign funds for 2013. Then kalesinga appeared on the scene and spoilt their party and ran away with the booty. Toa googles. It's your taxes being stolen by baba and wailer and their sidekicks.

One wants (or wanted) to renovate the hospital for 17 Billion (Seriously???) and the other one wants to build a hospital for 28 Billion land cost exclusive! (Are you kidding me!?). John Hopkins here we come!!! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

So if RAO and Ojwang eat it is all and good but if DP eats it is wrong. This Scandal just like that of Unga ya 20 bob or kazi kwa vijana has exposed RAO for what he is......yeye(RAO) sio msafi kama pamba bali amejaa tope kama nguruwe ya dandora Dumb money becomes dumb only when it listens to smart money

There is sth am missing here. Who brought up RAO's name? I thought it was his former aide. Jana Baba said its Jubilee dragging his name into the scam. Now there I get confused. This Herbert guy, is he working for Jubilee, yet he is complaining about Ruto? Please munielezee.
