I even doubt the 3k..you will get something like 600 pm so after 3 months that will be abt 2k when compounded and thats before WHT!

3k per month is 36% ''gross'' (36k) return per annum. If you look at it this way its very good isnt it?

There is no way old mutual will return 3% per month on 100K. If that were true, we would borrow money from Saccos at 1% pm and give it to them and make 2% for free.
