It is official now, our bundles will expire 2036! LINK: Request your balance you see how long it is like a bank statement. Everybody STEALS, a THIEF is one who's CAUGHT stealing something of LITTLE VALUE. !!!

Funny story @Boris - The business guys in Safaricom decided last year that the bundles should expire in May this year. Problem, they didn't tell the customer relationships department!!! The rest is history. A good example of effects of communication breakdown in an organisation. There is a free MBA thesis for anyone interested!!! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

They carry forward the bundles every year as liabilities on the balance sheet. My sister in law was totally pissed off! She had more than 8,000 minutes (before the May ones were added)! She was saying "The police keep patrolling looking for thugs yet the major thugs are along Waiyaki Way!" Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

There is a free MBA thesis for anyone interested!!! Funny indeed! A large elaborate communications firm has internal communications breakdown. I remember calling customer care several times to inquire and even told them that they need to give at least 3 Months notice for consumers to adjust. But their thuggery nature combined with greed ranover their minds...Let them pay for it! Everybody STEALS, a THIEF is one who's CAUGHT stealing something of LITTLE VALUE. !!!

Funny about "Waiyaki Way thugs" I have over 41,000 mins, it would have taken over 28 days to have made calls continuously to get them exhausted! I think Safcom is taking the consumer for granted. Lakini safcom is such a reactive company I would not be surprised if its the pressure that's making them react.
