The starting point should be having computer labs in all secondary schools. The other aspect they should consider is have computer hubs in every county. The Jubilee should not give a thought to the laptop project. My thoughts.....

To me this are simple implementable project that Jubilee can execute within a record time. It would also have a lot of impact.

To me this are simple implementable project that Jubilee can execute within a record time. It would also have a lot of impact. My take? I don't know what is true or not. Some say it's ignorance. I am absolutely confused. Perhaps the D guys can have an alternative career with an additional choice in IT in high school.
