Look at who sits on the board....and their relationship with a lakeside '2nd Gen' spirit company...therein lies your answer.These roadside declarations have destroyed people completely!

Even in tax compliant countries such as the US of Taxation, it is unheard of that the tax regime goes to kill a company employing thousands. Usually, there is a reasonable way to meet one's liabilities.

Tabitha is one tough woman and I can't wait for it to be listed.
