Gosh! These plots have reached that kind of price? I bought one 10 years ago for sh35k!!!

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Isn't Goingwa a (somewhat) controlled development area.

A couple of metres from the road people only do single residence homes and near the road a few do rentals but they only go up to second floor! I haven't seen any that has gone past second floor. But I haven't been those sides recently.

I asked someone like two years back and he told me that you cannot get approvals for anything past 2nd floor!

One more thing, who would you build hostels for in Goingwa? Can you tell wazuans the nearest institutions and the number of hostels in Goingwa. Or they should build the hostel and wait for a college/university/campus to come up??

Laughing out loudly what other sales points do you leave the chap with!? The development are controlled but next to the road, four level floors can be spotted.

The plot was meant to be a private residential.....now on sale because the neighbour has put up a hostel.
How approvals went thru no one knows. Sad. Now moving to landless
