Of course! Kenyan politicians cannot disappoint...

This particular duel didnt look too good for Ruto to win.

I believe he wanted to make his point - that he is unfairly targeted.
His fans will sympathyse with him and have a bone to pick with Raila for 'victimising' their guy.
Had Ruto kept quiet he would miss that opportunity.
With the point made why expend any more energy.

1) With Raila's name missing from the list, shows he is running away from a second embarasment after the ilegal "suspension" debacle. 2)This shows that he PNU motion to ammend the standing orders will succeed and Kalonzo will become the LOGB and the CHBC. 3)ODM was founded on tribal hatered and the desire to isolate one community, read, kikuyu from other comminuties. 4)It looks like the glue that held them together is long gone after i)the kalenjin did not get the deputy PMs post and ii) after the Mau evections mess and the damping of the evected onto various road reserves. 5) ODM lost the debate on the new system of govenment at Naivasha. The key mover of that loss was Ruto and the other members who overwhelmed Miguna and his troops to make sure that we have only one ACCOUNTABLE center of power in Kenya.Not the current situation where whenever there is an issue the whole country looks at Annan. This should stop. 6) Whats the future for Raila and ODM now? My guess is that Ruto, Balala and company will make it implode before moving to a new vehicle and with the entry of Wamalwa Kijana in western, we might only be counting days before ODM becomes a party of western Kenya and parts Nyanza. When you hear ODM and allied politicians criticising the KKK alliance, then you know they are frightened of the thing. Very afraid!!! And they should be. When the new katiba goes through, the coalition givenment dies and out goes Raila with his people to the backbench. Everybody can then say hello to a 10% economic growth rate with the railway line working as it was intended. Mambo ya nyef nyef inakwisha.

As much as im not ODM.. Weve been thru this whole maliza Raila hogwash.. first it was Kiraitu begging Yash Pal Ghai to give him time to finish Raila, then came the LDP assault that pushed the party into a Luo Nyanza affair..blah blah blah..

AS much as Raila's mouth runs wild, PNU's Rank and file mouths run faster.everytime the guy appears down they all go on baseless attack mode, and we think his end is neigh ..at the end of the day RAO is still intact and comes out bigger..

Im tired of being outwitted every other time...

@Pound

Raila is finishing himself by heeding flawed advice.

Infact PNU are not too good in strategy and game plan, it only happens that their adversary is scoring own goals.

LDP was a strong party till they left it first for ODM-K then dubiously 'acquired' ODM.

About Kiraitu seeking to floor Raila, - thats new to me.
Granted they had a show down at Bomas but that's was it - ama.
