From Mandera to Kiunga.. BUT

Is it really necessary? bearing in minds that most terror threats have so far occured within the borders.

Is this the only route that terrorist can enter our borders?

What are the cost implications?

How will it be manned?womanned? What material will it be made of? Wont it be bombed to the ground?

The best way to fight terrorism is to take action on intelligence.

it should start from Moyale just in case they think of crossing to ethiopia first, i would make it a twin very tall wall with trackers, cctv and sensors in between, plant in some ieds just in case a duale decides to drill a hole to pass through. add aerial surveillance and pay the cops at the border well. A step in the right direction.

a job employment for welders and masons.

I read, quite a lot, of illegal Ethiopians arrested at times in houses, at times on transit.

How come I seldom hear of illegal Somalis?

The only way this wall can benefit Kenya after NEP is peaceful (hopefully) is for it to become a tourist attraction just like the great wall of China. No security benefits whatsoever.
