Rank: Hello Joined: 12/9/2013 Posts: 1		We are looking for a warehouse and office to let Our requirements are as follows: - Ideally 20000 sq ft with a large space at the ground floor, but we will look at anything from 15000sq ft - Easy access preferably, 2 entrances or more - Preferably on Thika Road, but Mombasa road and Kiambu are acceptable - Between 25 and 50 shillings per square foot - A renewable contract of one year.
