A drill is a practice, most people are informed that its going to happen and institutions collaborate with authorities to take a measure of response times as well as educate participants on what to do without panic. So when the alarm goes off, there are people who are ready to evacuate. I know some private universities do conduct drills. This is the only way one can test their emergency response units. From the Sunday Nation...everyone now has an opinion. Some of the opinions on what govt must do are opposite of each other Grand Collusion govt secretly trained 2,000 Kenyan Somali youth to assist in fight with shabaab from 2009. They never tracked them after that...could be they're the ones hitting us now Murithi Mutiga makes the most compelling case for a withdrawal...we're not a cohesive enough nation to fight these brutes. And we're too liberal too

Those crying out for escalation are in cahoots with the Islamist killers. Those insisting soldiers are more useful outside the country than inside it are not different from those saying Islamists killers are more useful outside Somalia (in Kenya) than inside Somalia.

Dig a trench near Mandera town and place some military razor wire in it. Feed all the terrorism suspects with pork only for thirty days. Damn human rights. The bastards are not human. I am still angry!!!! I support. Why waste time and resources taking the terrorists to court. Kill them and feed them to pigs in a mosque. Admin should also ban and hand over our resident terrorist to the police. Fafi Mpig @Bari Shill says we weka them tire if they are released on bond, I am waiting with abated breath for NCIC for hate speech!
