Lakini what did you expect. In GM you cant suddenly discuss an item that was not in the agenda. The items that are dealt with must have been notified before and most importantly on the agenda.

So there will be 2 shares for each 1 held with a discounted price of between 1.3 and 1.5.

This will be like 37.5% discount if not more . Wow.

And the farmers will be encouraged to buy ..I see money coming

Farmers own very few shares. They sold them over 10 years ago to village brokers at 2 bob who would in turn sell them at the NSE.Where did you get information on the rights pricing?

Estate; if they released 3 shares and want to raise 4b shillings then 4 devide by 3.

If they offer at Ksh 1.5, they can only raise half the money required. They are creating 1.5 m new shares 100% more than current. This means they will propose the rights at 1:1. assume the shares are sold at Ksh 2, they are likely to raise Ksh 3b inclusive of costs. My take is, this is unlikely to succeed in meeting the objective.
