Any thoughts on this project. Have been hearing lots of adverts on radio. Are the plots worth the 1.6m?

kwanza hizi gated things with all the promises they come with, you get a plot and wait forever for those amenities to be put up, and if one is brave enough to jenga a house, they find themselves alone in a gated wilderness.

The gated community concept is being exploited. Some 30 kilometres from the Naromoru-Nanyuki road, somebody (JM jnr) is selling houses for Ksh30m.
For the same amount, another is offering a concept i.e. nothing built, but its gong from 18m to 30m in 12 months for a house with 2-car park near paradise lost.

exactly where is this global park? how far in from namanga road? how far is the entry junction to global park from kitengela town? 1.6m for a plot is alot...
