Even buses? Question is, Was the government aware that these individuals/entities were financing/facilitating alshabaab? If yes, why did it have to wait for the deatsh of 147 for action to be taken? If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

This financing is a tricky thing that as a layman understanding is not you mothers!! Am not for or against,but i will give my observation for each to make their own deductions. Alshabab have penetrated all North Eastern towns and are collaborating in lines of clans and sometimes fuel those clan wars. Now every business person has to pay "tax" to them failure to which they murder you. Purely as Mungiki did. They tell them mchana jifanye tu usiku tutakuja...kdf hawatakuwa kwa nyumba yako,polisi hawatuwezi...tutakuua na tutachukua pesa. Indeed they come that night! They killed some of course so you find these border fellows who run businesses are left with no other options as their security can't be guaranteed. In another view business rivalry makes some fellows hire Alshabab to disrupt a competitor...especially the busses businesses so you either counter hire to settle scores or kebab will attack at your business and you loose. The kebab network knows everybody and what they do in all those towns....They are always watching you/them. Anybody who knows how the local vigilante operate....can understand what am saying. It's only GOD who can help us here...your soo many man made solutions may not last. Everybody STEALS, a THIEF is one who's CAUGHT stealing something of LITTLE VALUE. !!!
