I need a construction hoist but being a laywomansmile do not know what specs to look for.

Kindly assist with info on

-best quality?
-Length of rope?
-Horsepower for one that should pull upto 5 floors?
-tonnage that it can carry?
-local availability?Price?
-Importing?price?
-Does it come with buckets and the rail?
