Correct. Always a mad rush in Dec trying to lock in those gains. But then again are you in just for returns or want to maximize your gains and investment before closure? Personally I don't know if i will have something to spare come Dec so i just buy when liquidity allows then hopefully will look back and like it Foresight..

But there are three or four stocks that I need to put huge amounts of money in by December. Some are time bound or price changes over time. If I can buy Unaitas at the current prices in December and get exactly the same dividends then it will be the last share I buy this year. Never count on making a good sale.
