Late response to terror attacks ... Garissa...Westgate

Crazy decisions... No candidate not yet 18 will be allowed to register for KCSE (How now?)... are we now breeding a system that supports dunders.

Another fhangi decision... night travel ban. Reason... failure by our police to enforce road safety. Completely ignoring the economic implications of such a decision.

Dont think 150 kids would have died if you had the right response team on site an hour into the attack. Jingaest decision in the history of jinga decisions. Ever.

We should also acknowledge that the first responders - the police and KDF from the Garissa Army Barracks saved many lives and managed to contain the terrorists, isolating them to one of the hostels. Yes recce finished the job, but without the police/kdf etc, the toll may have even been higher.

Regarding the allowances, if their work regulations say that if you are out of your station on duty you get x lunch allowance and if on night out you get allowance y, why blame anyone when allowance regulations are followed?

It is as if some people were paid to be incompetent. This thing of our security forces surrounding the scene of a terrorist attack and watching as terrorists massacre innocent kids for a whole day is incompetence beyond belief. Will anyone be disciplined - never. Have we learnt anything from Westgate and from Garissa? It seems Kenyans have but the security forces haven't and never will.

Oh, and I hear they have destroyed some Al Shabab camps. The usual incompetent way of handling such attacks is to say we have killed them also. What crap... Why did we not attack them before they attacked us? Why, why?

Paying 500 to the guys who guard the president is a joke.
