I bought a GoTv decoder and the "charger" is already faulty and replaced at 500/=. The opposite of courage is not cowardice, it's conformity.

I hear a lot of advertisement about Bamba TV, personally I've been using Zuku which is good as it comes with the internet in the same package. I would have imagined that CAK would have specified only one transmission standard? This reminds me of the different analogue era standards i,e PAL,NTSC,SECAM but KE had PAL..

I use the StarTimes free to air one for 3,299/- it even gets the Bamba channels. In a place where thought is abandoned, freedom can become a curse.

I bought GoTvkenya the 2, 600 set top box to be paid in 1400 and a further 1200 all one-off.
so far am getting the kawaida FTA but only accessing Signet channels. NO Bamba Tv n NO Pang channels.
Looking back I wouldn't go for that deal since you really don't get access to the all FTA channels.

PANG is a signal carrier, not a broadcaster, nor a decoder retailer. Same applies to SIGNET. If you go to the CCK website, you will find the full list of 60+ decoder dealers who are selling type-approved gadgets in Kenya. BAMBA, GoTV, & STARTIMES are just 3 out of the 60+ personally, I've been using a Jolini which I bought somewhere in an "exhibition" along Moi Avenue. It receives all Free-To-Air channels, including BAMBA! I like the fact that it has a High Definition output (HDMI) and that a recording function [PVR]. It also plays movies and music from flash discs.

It is full HD and has PVR functionality. There are a few people who bought bamba and are now buying Jolini. What could be the reason?
