My statement: Corruption became a way of life long time ago. It is now a systemic problem.
Tell me you do not know one of your friends whose money has been made this way..or at least you suspect and I will tell you live in another continent
You do not need to prosecute everyone at one go. You only need to start with some 5 top individuals, freeze all their accounts, take away everything in their names or proxies names and return it to public coffers whether or not then do this consistently to others and smaller fish and you will see the change in the next year or two. Someone will think twice touching public money.....
