We don't have shoes of the. Famous clay ...By issuing unjustifiable travel advisories when they know our tourism sector is on it's knees, at the same time they want to continue using our training facilities with entitlement to some measure of impunity- as in we can do nothing if they commit crimes...?? At the same time a good number of the blue chips in Kenya like safcom, EABl, etc are co-owned by British, which means every time you purchase airtime, some proceeds go to some British pocket ...

I dont mind paying dividends to a foreign company as long as that company is adding value to the country and economy. None of them are monopolies so no one is under obligation to buy from them. They pay taxes and plus the 4 largest (BBK/Stanchart/Safcom/EABL) have substantial Kenyan shareholding.

And yes, its about time Kenya became a bit more assertive on soldiers who train in Kenya being tried in Kenya. Good move in my view.
All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

You should start TODAY. That day will not happen like instant coffee. Even instant coffee has some process.

So what do we do in the meantime. Wipe our feet and line up like schoolboys hoping another bout doesn't occur? No no. I think for the soldiers, even if they are not to be subjected to our judicial system, we should have some bipartisan way of investigating, resulting into trial, even say in UK, and compensation. On travel advisories, these will continue since somebody is paid to issue them. What we need is to devise ways of dealing/ overcoming them, I believe it's not rocket science, we can turn tables in some way,
even if it takes 5 years
