Ordinary people like you and I are flying to China and signing deals all the time... It's much ado about nothing especially coz Rao could only witness the signing.

@Jagger. I couldn't help but smile with satisfaction secure in the knowledge that your taxes were used to pay for this trip. Offcourse the "foolish governors" paid the costs of his excellency's trip.

RAO rocks!!! who said you need to leave in statehouse to be reffered to as your excellency and spend tax payers money.
