This guy will be running for president soon. I dare say that soonest the pretenders are dealt with, he will be a natural choice

Sonko reminds me of the flamboyant former Madagascar president Rajoelina, who started as a DJ, then Mayor of Anatanarivo, and then president.

Pleeease. He is not going anywhere. He will get into a lot of trouble while still young akicheza na maisha. We called someone here a prophet of doom recently when he asked another young man to shape up. I do not want him to go that way but he needs to slow down.

I own up. Am the "prophet of doom" because I looked at a young man's lifestyle and advised him to change his ways.

Sonko can only be president if he is endorsed by the powerful click that runs this country. In Kenya we do not elect presidents at the ballot. The president is selected long before we vote.

Mark my words "prophet of doom", the clique ain't stupid. They won't select Sonko and they will never select Sonko. They have Ruto, Kindiki, Sakanja, Oloo, and that Muranga mpig et al to choose from if they want to proof there is democracy. Heck those who run Kenya can even choose a Keter but never Sonko or Khalwale. The clique is only for an Odinga, Kenyatta, Njonjo, Kiereini, Ndegwa, Moi and whoever owns Kenya. Let's compare notes in the year 2040.

Si hata Kamanda ashasema, haoni kabisa.......most TNA honchos would rather Kidero than Sonko!!!

Sonko is too unpredictable too loud, too jumpy. And he is neither here nor there........ He is a perfect fit as a foot soldier

I'm thinking this guy is implementing the "48 rules of power" chapter by chapter.

60% Learning, 30% synthesizing, 10% Debating

Yesterday, the Rescue team picks cancer patients from KNH, takes them to the neighbouring expensive hospital for treatment. The quotation gets to over 2M, the rescue Team couldn't commit to paying the amount. What next? the Team departs leaving behind cancer patients stranded. So much for a rescue specially after lifting their hopes.

Cancer treatment is not like flu where you go to hospital, get medication and leave. There are numerous tests, treatment, follow up and all that. They were kidding themselves.
Lord, thank you!

I thought the Health CS said that the procedure that has failed in KNH due to the machine failure is being done for free at Nairobi Hospital?

This is an illegal outfit and you are still here supporting it. Kweli the water business is done with?

What were they planning on doing, cure cancer at Nairobi Hospital?

"The hospital (KNH) has maintained that some patients are being treated at the Nairobi Hospital, mostly those in need of radiotherapy on breasts, head and neck. This is because the machine that has been repaired is more suited to offer radiotherapy to cervical and prostate cancer patients.

“I could have sought treatment in a private hospital only if I could afford. Today I went to Nairobi Hospital because I had heard KNH had arranged for some patients to be treated there. But they told me to come to KNH because treatment has resumed here,” Said one of the patients"

Now what do we do surely every month the Taxman comes for his dues without fail a sizeable amount by the way and instead of utilizing this money properly the top man who was voted in "overwhelmingly" and his thieving deputy who loves hiding behind the good book, let my hard earned cash be squandered by their friends and people they appointed...it's amazing we cannot afford those machines but we can be busy chartering planes to galavant all over..

The national government recently launched a Sh38 billion medical equipment programme where selected hospitals in each county would be provided with modern medical equipment.

The medical equipment would be procured by the national government but managed by the respective counties.

The governors however declined to sign the necessary agreements on the grounds that they were not consulted....ati its a scheme to wrestle the devolved health function from them.
