The CS Felix Koskey is more clueless than the former CS "Ole No Klu", isn't he the one saying people should be moved and "consolidated" in towns to make way for huge government farms? Meanwhile Uhuru is really fighting the biggest anti-corruption crusade ever seen in Africa then this indiet does this! But is there a shortage of people to do deals in Kenya, of the close to 1 million bright highly educated Kenyan minds? to do a deal you have to re-cycle a person accused of corruption over several decades? This is obviously a plan to steal from Kenya seed being set up, they can come wazua for recommendations of capable persons, really this one should be fought hard to ensure a clear signal is sent otherwise we need to plan to remove the whole lot including the entire "JAP" if such an appointment can stand!
