Just wondering...From a Political analysis point of view, Is it ODM that won, or is it Memusi? Could have Memusi won regardless of the party? Had he ran with JAP, could he have lost? Lets not forget he won by 500 votes...

Hata kama ni vote moja it still could have been a win. To me it was the best thing that has happened this month so far. Atleast Kenyans were spared the drama of oh! IEBC Oh! rigging!oh press conferences. smile smile smile

It is Memusi that won, about whether he would win regardless of the party, depends on who the ODM candidate would be.
For JAP this was an embarrassing loss given the massive GOK machinery that had been used in the campaigns even the PORK himself. So lets not be blinded by the mere 500 votes win.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.... Leo Buscaglia

The mathematical probability of getting a round or non round number in this context is exactly the same.

One of the key lessons from KJD is that the people are not always right. Moi always used his guided democracy. Raila learnt from him, JAP big 2 are yet to learn

On the day they announced Tutui had beaten Memusi in JAP nominations, there were already loud whispers that Tutui man would find it hard to make it

It came to pass. Imagine if sirkal did not come out strongly to campaign for him!
