Getting lost in thought about being lost in thought. One may get lost in thought. Can one lose experience?

Getting lost in thought about being lost in thought. One may get lost in thought. Can one lose experience? Is the objective to lose experience or to live?

I don't know if it is or isn't 'unlosable'. It's 'unlosable'. And the quality of unlosability tends to affirm life despite the death experience. At least that's how am seeing it now.
