Just fairly recently, Mr Moi pitched tent in Kinangop in a by-election and moved the KPLC and Ministry of Roads machinery to install electricity and pave roads in the place, only for Kinangop residents to vote DP almost to a man ...or was it Ford A? I forget.
Mr Moi was said to have been furious, and he plucked off the electricity poles and went with them Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

Do leaders carry out 'development' with their own resources? Raila has never had any resources at his disposal to do development work. When he was in charge of transport and infrastructure, he built a road that will be there for many many many years to come...Mbagathi road... What was he supposed to do about Kibera? Are those currently developing the area using their own money? Let us not be naive... Raila would move mountains if ever given a chance...
