That PBT for Equity is shocking.. Surely with a much lower asset base, they are doing something right..

@Obiero - You might want to change your predictions on Equity (Upwards to be specific). The results will surprise you!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

variations %....some need be + while others - . I can't say which but you may know.
