Greenhouse farming in Nairobi

I need some information about the legal requirements of doing greenhouse tomatoe farming here in Nairobi, what licences i need to obtaion if any or any other requirements i should comply with with the City Council.The greenhouse is to be erected on private property here in Nairobi.
Also anyone with an idea of where i can get market for tomatoes, who buys these tomatoes in bulk?
Any usefuel information will be highly appreciated.

@Douvante, I hope you will not be required to advertise in the papers for change of user i.e from residential to residential/farming
