@mpobiz ako wapi?

Kafogo's govt has decided to buy 10 speedboats to chase brewers of chang'aa and other illicit brews who cross rivers in canoes to Murang'a and Machakos counties and then start taunting at Kiambu county staff from the opposite bank in the neighbouring counties!

Brilliant idea but not for Kiambu county. @mpobiz should tell Governor to go easy on drunkards.

I told you so!!!

Devolution breeds pure madness!!!

Kwani they are swimming across The Rio Grande from Texas to Mexico???

Does it take a genius to know you can have policemen on both sides of the river.

Some things you cannot even come up with even when high on your own supply!!! And they are using OUR tax money!!! And they want more money??? What else is in the pipeline??? Aircraft carriers ( to deal with hawkers)? Submarines???
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Those speed boats might be finding their way into the Indian Ocean more often than not! And with Kiambu 1 registration etc. they will not be stopped for inspection. Mombasa Governor might also need to use them once in a while.
