Yes. If you have a business anywhere within Vihiga County

It has to be the authorised portrait sold by the county govt at Kes 1,500.

Failure to adhere you will be fined Kes 150,000

The purpose is to raise funds for the county govt

Oh me, what BS! Of all the revenue collection avenues available they choose this one? This is my biggest problem with the counties: absence of creativity!
